Jerry LaBoda General Never UP 5400. The car was built to UP-specs as WAB 1431, then to N&W as 1831 before it was rebuilt as a Track Inspection car 800 (based on the C&O's own car) which later became NS 24 before being sold to the Illinois Central. 1/14/2015 6:40:56 PM
